The April 27th morning session at the ProCon 2010 briefing on Right-Brain attributes for project management was very interesting. The author/presenter, Michael Aucoin, certainly had many interesting stories and perspectives evaluating typical dilemmas in our modern work place environment. The emphasis on creativity, emotion and artistic attributes were contrasted to the cold logic, repetition and expectations usually embraced for budgets and schedules. He certainly brought up a lot of interesting perspectives on how one can grasp the reality of project dilemmas from a big picture approach. I recognized many familiar instances he cited with my own past career lessons learned.
